I designed the branding of local boutique pop-up store MAYFLY.
MAYFLY collaborates with local niche designers, providing a space and platform for them to exhibit their products. MAYFLY’s brand aesthetic is minimal, allowing the designers’ content to stand out. The brand symbol is formed using geometric shapes to create a mayfly. The way the shapes have been contructed together represent unity of local designers.
Everyone wants to be seen, everyone wants to be heard. MAYFLY helps this happen. The tagline was developed with the intention of being short, clear, memorable, and appealing to potential collaborators (designers, musicians etc). In another way, it also appeals to potential customers; they will be seen and be heard with items purchased from MAYFLY events.
